Delegations from Toronto and Montreal, Canada, Cameroon, Haiti, Honduras, and Mexico will be joining the US delegations for the "It Takes a Child to Raise a Village" assembly. They have overcome the obstacles of missing papers, discrimination, and bureaucracy to get their passports and visas to make their voices heard on October 17.
